2Service strengthens its presence in Poland with a new warehouse in Warsaw

2Service (Mobileparts.shop) continues its European growth with an important milestone in Poland. With the opening of a new warehouse in Warsaw, 2Service takes a decisive step in strengthening its position in Eastern Europe and supporting Polish mobile repair professionals more closely than ever before. This is the fourth location in Europe, alongside existing warehouses in Arnhem (NL), Vienna (AT), and Malmö (SE).

The Warsaw warehouse is the result of the full acquisition of TechSupply, one of Poland’s leading distributors of mobile repair parts. With this 100% acquisition, TechSupply now operates as 2Service Poland Sp. z o.o., combining strong local expertise with the scale, systems, and reliability of an international organization.

Covering 865 m², the Warsaw facility is fully integrated into the 2Service logistics and IT infrastructure. Together with the existing warehouses in Arnhem (the Netherlands), Vienna (Austria) and Malmo (Sweden), Polish customers now benefit from a robust and even more future-proof supply network covering Eastern Europe and beyond.

We asked Jacek few questions:

Jacek, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. To start, could you briefly introduce yourself and Tech Supply, and explain what your main activities are?

Jacek Piątkowiak_2Service Poland"Of course. I have a technical background and hands-on experience in mobile repairs. I’ve lived and worked in both the US and Europe, which has given me a broader perspective on the market.

I’ve been active in the mobile parts industry since 2012. The company started out selling original spare parts for Samsung products. We founded Tech Supply about a year ago after working at Incomm, which was also a supplier of mobile spare parts. Today, we mainly focus on supplying mobile repair parts to repair businesses."

Why did Tech Supply decide to cooperate with 2Service and become part of the organization?

"The market has become more challenging in recent years. To stay competitive, you need a large stock volume, which requires significant investment. With larger purchasing volumes, you can also offer better prices.

Tech Supply was therefore looking for an investor, and 2Service was a natural fit. They bring industry knowledge, experience, and the scale that is needed in today’s market."


How many employees work at Tech Supply, and how is the team structured?

"We have five employees working across office and warehouse operations. In addition, we have one IT specialist and one external accountant."

What are the main opportunities and challenges in the Polish mobile repair market?

Jacek Piątkowiak:
"The market is very competitive, but there is still room to grow. Pricing and availability are major challenges, especially stock availability — although this is much less of an issue now that we are part of 2Service.

Inflation has made customers more price-sensitive. Another challenge is deciding between original and compatible parts. For newer models and premium devices, original parts are usually preferred.

At the same time, Poland is a large market. We know our customers well and understand their needs. Continuous communication and competitive pricing are key to keeping and growing our customer base."


How do you position Tech Supply against competitors in Poland?

"Historically, we were often the second or third choice. With 2Service, we expect improvements in both pricing and availability, which will significantly strengthen our position. Since 2Service sources most of its parts directly from the source, we will definitely be very competitive."


What do you see as the biggest opportunities in joining 2Service?

"Stock availability is the biggest one. Joining 2Service allows us to survive and grow. Having an investor from within the industry, with real knowledge and experience, is a huge advantage.

We also see opportunities in better structures, more efficient working methods, and strong synergies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something bigger – and to make it a success together."

What does this mean for you as Tech Supply customer?

We are delighted to announce that our operations in Poland are now fully operating under the name 2Service Poland Sp. z o.o.

Following the complete takeover of Tech Supply, the entire company has been successfully integrated into the 2Service structure. As a result of this acquisition, the company name has officially changed to 2Service Poland Sp. z o.o. We look forward to continuing our cooperation under our new identity.

For now, this is the only change — everything else remains exactly the same.

You can continue placing your orders on TechSupply.pl as usual. In approximately three weeks, we will transition to Mobileparts.shop. We will inform you in advance once this change takes place.
