Meet Yasser Safawizadeh: Driving growth and customer success at 2Service Nordic AB
As 2Service continues to strengthen its presence across Europe, the launch of 2Service Nordic AB marks an important milestone in serving the growing mobile repair market in the Nordic region. To support this expansion, Yasser Safawizadeh has joined the organisation as Regional Manager, bringing extensive industry knowledge, a strong network, and a clear vision for customer success.
We spoke with Yasser about his background, the launch of 2Service Nordic AB, the opportunities within the Nordic market, and how 2Service aims to deliver added value to repair businesses throughout Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Introducing Yasser and 2Service Nordic AB
Yasser, could you briefly introduce yourself and tell us about your role?
"My name is Yasser Safawizadeh. As Regional Manager at 2Service Nordic AB, my primary focus is on expanding our presence in the Nordic market and ensuring customer success. I have been working in the mobile repair industry for more than seven years and have gained extensive experience supporting repair businesses and helping them grow.
At 2Service Nordic AB, we serve two main customer groups: professional smartphone repair companies and refurbished device businesses. We also work closely with insurance providers that perform repairs in-house. We focus exclusively on the B2B market and do not supply wholesalers or consumers directly.
Although 2Service Nordic AB is still a young organisation, we have ambitious plans and a strong foundation to support the market."
A new full-service branch in Malmö
How long has the Nordic full-service branch been operational?
"Our full-service branch in Malmö, Sweden, became operational in early March 2026. Since the launch, we have experienced a very positive response from customers across the region. The feedback has been encouraging and confirms that there is a clear demand for a professional, reliable and customer-focused supplier in the Nordic market."
A complete range of mobile repair spare parts
What products do you supply?
"We offer the same comprehensive assortment as 2Service across Europe. Our focus is on providing a wide range of high-quality parts rather than stocking excessive quantities of a limited selection.
Our portfolio includes parts for leading brands such as Samsung, Apple and Google, as well as both genuine and high-quality compatible components. As part of the wider 2Service organisation, customers also benefit from the expertise and support of one of Europe's leading mobile repair distributors.
Today, 2Service operates four full-service branches across Europe, including 2Service Nordic AB in Malmö (Sweden)."

What made you decide to become part of 2Service?
"There were many reasons behind that decision. The extensive product assortment, the innovative mindset of the organisation, the internationally appreciated Mobileparts.shop webshop, and the strong support for customers all played an important role.
Most importantly, we recognised a significant gap in the Nordic market. Mobile repair businesses were looking for greater consistency, better quality, stronger technical expertise and more reliable support. Together with 2Service, we saw an opportunity to address those challenges."
Built for speed and reliability
How do you support the day-to-day needs of repair businesses?
"Our Nordic operation is designed around speed, availability and efficiency.
We maintain our own warehouse in Malmö (Sweden), holding approximately 4,000 spare parts specifically for the Nordic market. In addition, we have direct access to inventory from our main full-service branch in the Netherlands, with daily stock updates and replenishment.
Currently, we have the capacity to process around 300 orders per day.
Our primary focus is on spare parts rather than accessories. Repair parts are often urgently required, whereas accessories generally are not. By prioritising warehouse space for spare parts, we can maximise availability for our customers. As we continue to grow, we may expand our assortment further."

Quality first
How do you ensure product quality?
"Quality is at the heart of everything we do.
Our quality control processes begin at source through our dedicated sourcing and testing facilities in China. Every product must meet strict quality requirements before it enters our supply chain. Parts that do not meet our standards never leave the facility.
The results speak for themselves. Our return rates remain exceptionally low, demonstrating the effectiveness of our quality management processes and our commitment to supplying reliable products."
Local support for the Nordic market
What languages do you support?
"We communicate with customers in Swedish, Norwegian and English. In addition, some members of our team are able to provide support in Arabic and Farsi.
This multilingual approach allows us to offer personalised service and build stronger relationships with customers throughout the region."
A true one-stop shop for mobile repair businesses
How have you prepared for growth in the Nordic market?
"From day one, our ambition has been to become a true one-stop shop for mobile repair businesses.
Since March 2026, we have already been serving customers across the Nordics with a complete package of products, expertise and support. With my appointment as Regional Manager, we now have additional resources dedicated to visiting customers, understanding their needs and building long-term relationships throughout the region.
Personal contact remains an essential part of our strategy."
Opportunities and challenges in the Nordic mobile repair market
What do you see as the main opportunities and challenges?
"The market faces several challenges, including geopolitical uncertainty, pricing pressure, inventory management, cash-flow considerations and ongoing market volatility.
At the same time, smartphones have become more important than ever in people's daily lives. End users expect reliable repairs, high-quality parts and dependable service. Unfortunately, quality is sometimes overlooked in our industry, despite the fact that poor-quality repairs often lead to negative customer experiences and online reviews.
This creates a significant opportunity for businesses that prioritise quality.
At 2Service Nordic AB, we believe repair companies deserve access to controlled, reliable parts with consistent availability. We support our customers by providing quality-driven products, technical expertise and training opportunities that help professionalise the repair industry even further."

How do you differentiate yourself from other suppliers?
"Our position is clear: we aim to be the leading one-stop shop for mobile repair businesses in the Nordic region.
While we remain competitive on price across many product categories, our primary focus is not to compete solely on cost. Instead, we focus on quality, reliability and service.
Professional repair businesses understand the difference between a slightly lower purchase price and the long-term costs associated with poor-quality spare parts, technical issues and customer dissatisfaction. Our goal is to help customers avoid those challenges by providing dependable products and expert support from the start."

What excites you most about being part of 2Service?
"One of the biggest opportunities is introducing 2Service Nordic AB to the market through my network and industry relationships.
The feedback we have already received has been extremely positive. Many customers describe our approach as unprecedented, something the Nordic market has not seen before, particularly in terms of accessibility, expertise and customer support.
We are not a large, distant corporation. Customers can reach me or one of my colleagues directly and receive quick, practical assistance. We understand the realities of the repair industry because we work closely with it every day.
Most importantly, we have the knowledge and expertise to support our customers with both commercial and technical questions.
