Fun fact: the name Okkie comes from Dutch street language for mobile phone.
This is something you’ll mainly hear in the Netherlands. Kids don’t say “my smartphone” anymore — they say “my Okkie.” 📱

For that, the search bar at the top of the page is still the fastest and best way to find the right products.

To make sure Okkie can help you as well as possible, here are a few simple tips:

    The clearer your question, the better the answer.

  2. Ask one question at a time
    Multiple questions in one message can be confusing.

  3. Use simple, clear language
    Short sentences work best.

  4. Choose the right topic or category
    If Okkie offers options, selecting the right one speeds things up.

  5. Stay on topic
    Avoid switching subjects in the same conversation.

  6. Ask follow-up questions if something isn’t clear
